Our chat in The Motherhood yesterday was filled with rich words (and suggested actions) of wisdom. What an amazing group of voices. I love these women! Here’s a quick summary from The Motherhood co-founder Emily McKhann’s summary of our conversation.

Here are the Top Twelve Ways to Find Work-Life Balance from our conversation together:”

You bring up an interesting topic. Is balance even possible? I have heard both sides. All I know is that for me, when I’m focus exclusively on family and home, or or work, I don’t feel right. But I like these tips–the main idea seems to be that you need to figure out what you do best and what works for you, and go from there.
